This 44 m² apartment, with a 14 m² sea-view terrace, is the perfect choice for two. Separate bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living area, and a fully equipped kitchen in one open space.

The kitchen has everything for simple pleasures: a Nespresso machine if you crave a good coffee on the terrace, and a stovetop espresso maker if you’re after the familiar taste of home in the morning.

The view from the spacious terrace changes with every hour: in the morning, gently rippling water and a quiet shore; in the evening, the sun dipping behind the horizon. All this can be enjoyed from a comfortable sunbed — with a glass of wine, in silence or conversation. It’s the kind of view that turns into a memory.

And if you’re in the mood for a movie after soaking in the endless panorama, the smart TV offers streaming content and Hungarian channels, while the high-speed internet ensures smooth connectivity — whether it’s for an evening film or a quick email.

In Arguineguín, everything is within reach: bakery, café, restaurant, shop — all just a few minutes’ walk away. No need for a car, unless you’re setting out to explore the island. Free parking is available about 4–5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
