This fully renovated, two-story, two-bedroom apartment is located in Puerto Rico, in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room, a separate dining area and kitchen, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedrooms are complemented by a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms opens onto a small balcony with stunning views of the ocean, the town, and the beautifully maintained garden of the complex. On the ground floor, a cozy terrace shaded by a palm tree invites you to dine, relax, or sunbathe on your own loungers.
The apartment is fully equipped: the kitchen includes an induction hob and oven, multiple coffee makers, a kettle, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils and cookware. The bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel, hand and bath towels, as well as beach towels. Internet, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and bed linen are all included. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed (180×200 cm), spacious built-in wardrobes, and one room also features a small work corner with a desk.
The complex includes a proper swimming pool suitable for laps, with sun loungers available just 10 meters from the apartment, for guests over the age of 6.
The property can be accessed from two streets, with free public parking available on both sides.
The apartment is only a 2–3 minute walk from the modern Mogan Mall shopping center and the restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Spar, Superdino, Hiperdino, Mercadona, etc.) of Puerto Rico. The beach is an easy 10-minute walk away.
