It is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay (Wi-Fi, towels, beach towels, sun umbrella, hair dryer, tea and coffee maker, TV), with laundry facilities available (in the shared laundry room of the complex). The apartment consists of a quiet bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. From its terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view overlooking Anfi del Mar beach. The nicely renovated building has a courtyard with a cozy atmosphere and a heated saltwater pool, and the town’s beautiful sandy beach is also within reach, about a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is in a prime location, right in the center of this charming, quiet oceanfront town, close to the beach, several supermarkets, a pharmacy, bus stops, bars, restaurants, and shops. For the more adventurous, it’s about a 20-minute walk along the oceanfront promenade to reach Anfi del Mar and Arguineguín. Free parking is available on the street.
